Layaway Policy

90-day layaway for merchandise with a minimum purchase of $75. Layaway requires a deposit of a minimum $30. The deposit and/or an additional 10% forfeiture fee will be charged for any layaway that is returned to stock due to cancellation or non-payment. If payments were made within the 90 days, but fail to pay the full amount, we will refund your money previously paid after the deduction of the deposit and/or the 10% forfeiture fee is applied. All purchases must be paid in full by a predetermined date. There is no payment plan required as long as it is paid within the 90 days. You must make in-store payments.

Order Policy

Order Notification: After you have placed your order, you will be contacted the following Monday to confirm the order as well as well as the approximate date the order will be arriving. You will receive a second notification when the order has arrived to our retail location.

Processing: Depending on the product, most items should only take between 3 to 5 days. Custom orders or specific brands can take approximately a month to 3 months.

Payments: In order to place any order a deposit of a minimum $20 will be required. Once the order arrives, you may pay in full. We will accept to hold your order until you are able to pay, in which the order would then be placed under our layaway system (Read Layaway Policy for payments and duration of time)

Order Cancellation: You can cancel your order prior to processing with no charge . If you cancel after processing, a 20% restocking fee will be applied and/or the deposit will not be reimbursed.

Back Order Policy

If we are out of stock on a certain item, you may choose to back order that item. In order to back order any item please contact the store at (303) 935-1671. If the item is still available, the item then will take approximately 60 to 90 days for arrival. You would be notified prior for availability. Once any item has arrive and ready for shipment, we will notify you whether back order is still needed and form of payment. When you only have one product on back order, we will ship item out as soon as it is received. if there are multiple items, you will be notify of the items that have available. If back order is no longer need, please call for cancellation.
