We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. However, if there are any issues with your purchase we’d be happy to help fix the problem. Merchandise must be in as-new condition with tags, packaging intact, unwashed, and unworn. Boot soles are unscratched and boots are in as-new condition. Return should also be accompanied with a receipe, gift receipt, or an invoice. This return must be done within 30 days of the day the item/s were delivered. We will refuse or hold any return if suspected of fraud or abuse.

- Complete the required information on the packing slip.
- Securely pack your merchandise, making sure to include all pages of the packing slip. Please try to use the original shipping box and materials.
- Return your package through the carrier of your choice. Please note: Customers are responsible for the safe return of merchandise.
- We cannot accept C.O.D. packages. Shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges must be paid by customer. WesternWearColorado.com is not responsible for returns until they are received in our store location. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.
